Our client has been a stable force in the insurance industry for many years and has experienced explosive growth in their Annuity division. They are seeking a qualified individual to lead their Marketing and Communication efforts for their fixed and variable annuity products. This individual will be responsible for initiating and directing the activities of the Marketing Department including promotional campaigns, marketing brochures, and recruiting efforts. Another function will be to execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and product introductions according to schedule with proper compliance and management approval. You will direct the entire communications process and manage the budget for the marketing and promotion of all annuity products. Additional job duties will include managing the agent and client websites, managing the quality assurance process of all marketing and promotional pieces, and maintaining a positive image of the company. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communications, or Marketing and/or 5-7 years of applicable field experience with Annuity Sales and Marketing. Strong people and project management skills for at least five years is a must. Candidates that are currently Series 6, 63, and 26 licensed preferred, with the ability to obtain Registered Principle's license.
