In this key executive role you will oversee the risk analysis and underwriting of all insurance products offered by our client. You will manage the research and development of all new products developed by our client. Oversee the analysis of actuarial design and methodology by the underwriting staff. Serve as a technical resource for statistical and data analysis. To be considered for this unique opportunity you ideally offer established relationships within the reinsurance community. Proven successful leadership abilities. Solid related technical abilities within the property casualty underwriting and Product Development disciplines. Strong operations experience. Bring a Best in Class outlook. Experience with crop products or agricultural concepts ideal, however a strong performer from the property casualty industry will be considered. Insurance industry coursework required, ideally having the CPCU designation. Bachelor's degree required and a MBA highly desired.
