They offer a 'Superior' rating by A.M. Best. They presently offer an opportunity to join their organization as a Product Manager for their RV product, Motorhome and Travel Trailer. In this position you will actively manage the performance of the RV products, initiatives and other related product staff functions. This will include monitoring product performance, identifying opportunities to improve performance, working with line operations to implement improvement programs, field liaison and consultation with other operations/offices. You will lead key initiatives to address the product strategy and growth and profitability objectives. Provide technical assistance and consultation to state/regional underwriting and services leadership. This will include being responsible for the design of new products from inception. Design new product features responding to findings from internal data, analysis of competitive position, other competitors' innovations, and non-insurance industry innovations that have applicability to the insurance product. To be considered you must offer the proven ability to understand and perform actuarial functions with reference to pricing and rating factor selection. Have a marketing and sales orientation and understand the claims process. Understand insurance metrics and your products impact upon those metrics. Understand the macro economic environment and its impact upon your products. Have the ability to make high quality and persuasive presentations to all levels of management.
