Our client is a very employee oriented, property and casualty commercial lines insurance company. We are looking for an experienced, professional workers compensation claims supervisor. This position will be responsible for a team of workers compensation claim professionals, who handle workers compensation claims through out the United States. Candidates will have a strong multi state technical background, with at least 2 years of managing or supervising a group of claim professionals. Strong training, motivating, negotiation, and reserving skills are required. Experience in Texas and or Western states would be helpful. Relocation assistance is available.
