They have an Excellent rating by AM Best. Due to their continued success and rapid growth they presently offer an opportunity to join their sales team in a Sales Manager position. In this position you will lead and develop a team of sales specialists responsible for selling employee benefits products. In this role you will apply your sales experience and proven leadership abilities to developing a high performance team of sales specialists to determine support needs, developing strategies and in the allocation of resources and personnel. To be considered you will need to offer a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, insurance or related field. Three to five or more years successful sales leadership experience in the applicable product lines. A track record of team building, relationship development and growth.
