Licensed to do business in 49 states and the District of Columbia, our client provides policyowners with a wide range of individual life insurance and annuity products and services. They currently offer an opportunity for a Student Actuary in their Des Moines, IA operation. In this role you will be part of their Product Management unit. To be considered, you will need a degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or related field of study. Recent college graduates will be considered as well as those with around one year of experience working in an actuarial department with a carrier. If you are a recent college graduate and have completed an actuarial internship, this is a plus. You must have a demonstrated commitment to the SOA exams and have passed at least one or two courses.
