The carrier offers an opportunity to join their team as a Regional Marketing Manager in Northern Illinois or Southern Wisconsin. Responsibilities include: Manage Field Sales department to include coaching, training, and performance management. Travel with each field representative as needed to evaluate performance. Develop and execute marketing plans and programs for field marketing personnel, both short and long term. Coordinate feedback to the Home Office regarding competitors' pricing, products, compensation, and making recommendations to address those issues for the territory assigned. Evaluate product pricing and provide pricing output. Participate in product planning sessions to guide the product development process. Plan, organize, and coordinate agency appointment process. Visit agencies, individually or with the field marketing representative, on a regular basis to determine and resolve problems, evaluate company service and develop good company relations with the agents. To be considered you must offer around 6 or more years experience with agency and carrier background. CPCU or CIC designation is required, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
