Our client is a leading risk and insurance firm currently seeking a qualified individual to lead their Employee Benefits Account Management team. They are a growing agency and need someone to align their strategy in servicing accounts with the post-sale process. You will manage a group of individuals responsible for account service, marketing, carrier relations, and renewal activities. Also develop policies and procedures to encourage an environment of professionalism and consistency of process. Products include group medical, life, disability, and dental. Qualified candidates will possess 8-10 years of agency experience in account management and/or supervisory experience. Professional designations such as CEBS, RHU, REBC preferred.
