They presently offer an opportunity to join their team as a Senior Incentive Plan Consultant. You will analyze and develop employee incentive and recognition plans for the purpose of attracting, motivating, and retaining a caliber of work force consistent with corporate objectives. You will also serve as a compensation consultant, relationship manager, and project manager on matters related to competitive positioning of the plans. Qualified candidates will have 6-8 years of compensation consulting background. Experience with incentive and recognition plans preferred. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation a plus. Must be able to work with people at all levels with an emphasis on management and senior management.
