Licensed in all 50 states, they maintain a strong presence in several U.S. regions. They currently offer an opportunity to join their team in a Product Manager position. As a Workers Compensation Product Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of insurance products and services for the Workers Comp line of business. Responsibilities will include meeting revenue and underwriting objectives for the assigned product. Establishing priorities and timelines to meet business plan objectives. Provide support to other processes including underwriting, premium audit, loss control, marketing, claims and IS. You will also be responsible for the development of underwriting guidelines and manual rules. To be considered you will need to offer around eight (8) or more years of applicable experience. Which must include detailed and extensive knowledge and understanding of insurance principles, including underwriting, pricing, rating, product development, and contracts. Knowledge of insurance industry issues including competitive analysis, compliance, legal and regulatory a must. Salary will depend on experience.
