Statewide Senior Financial Analyst 01/20/04

Our client's property and casualty insurance subsidiaries, underwrite and market a wide range of property and casualty coverage for personal and business use including auto, homeowners, workers' compensation, commercial multiple peril policies as well as group property and casualty insurance. Licensed in all 50 states, they maintain a strong presence in several U.S. regions. They currently offer two opportunities to join their team in a Senior Financial Analyst role. As a Senior Financial Analyst for their commercial lines products, you will analyze and document all components of their Commercial Lines' financial and operating results including underlying trends in premium and losses at all levels. Assist in planning, budgeting and forecasting of Commercial Lines results. Develop and analyze financial models for use in decision making. Perform various analyses related to Commercial Lines' growth and profitability. As a Senior Financial Analyst for their personal lines products, you will assist in planning, budgeting and forecasting of their Personal Lines results. Develop and analyze financial models for use in decision making. Perform various analyses related to Personal Lines profiles, growth and profitability.

To be considered for either position you will need to offer around five (5) or more years applicable experience. As well as the ability to understand loss trends, pricing, accident year results and how these financial items are affected by operational decisions. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, Business Objects, Imart, and Slapshot needed. Salary will depend on experience.
