CO Statewide Sales Manager

They offer a 'Superior' rating by A.M. Best. Due to continued growth they offer an opportunity to join their sales management team in CO. In this position you will be responsible for the achievement of district results and distribution planning, including assigned Property & Casualty profit and growth objectives and assigned Financial Services objectives. This includes shared responsibility with an underwriter for portfolio management within the assigned district. You will implement the district distribution plan through recruiting and hiring agency principals, establishing and maintaining the storefronts, adding producers, and acquiring independent agencies.

Qualified candidates will have 6-8 years of sales management experience related to strategic planning, marketing, and business administration within a Property/Casualty insurance operation. Technical coursework toward CPCU, CLU or FLMI preferred. State license, along with Series 26 required.
