Our client is part of a global property and casualty insurance/risk management group. They currently offer a Workers Compensation Claim Director to join their San Francisco regional office, and to be responsible for all workers compensation claims activities in the western United States. To be considered you will need to offer around ten (10) plus years of claims experience, be in a current managerial claims position, and have a concentration in workers compensation claims. Experience in handling complex and catastrophic claims is needed, plus reinsurance and excess experience. Candidates must be hands-on, enthusiastic, highly professional, and have the ability to inter relate with a wide range of clients and individuals. Prior or current claims experience with a property and casualty insurance company, or an MGA is preferred. Excellent compensation package is available.
