Our client is a leading risk and insurance firm that is looking for a dynamic individual in their Professional Liability division. This position provides supervision, leadership, and direction to the staff and is responsible for their development. Also responsble for effective use of all resources to meet department goals and objectives, as well as the existing book of accounts. This individual will service existing and new clients with respect to management liability products. Implement policies and procedures consistent with long range company goals, including but not limited to, administrative procedures, manuals, service and quality standards, and compliance. Responsible for maintenance of division records and will monitor weekly and monthly system reports and reconcile outstanding items. Develops working relationships with internal company divisions - Underwriting, Accounting, Marketing. Qualified candidates will be licensed in Personal and Commercial Lines with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of insurance and management concepts and principles a must with additional industry designations a plus.
