Mary’s sales career has been a series of building blocks culminating in a career with CSG that began in 2006. Her first job after graduating from Loras College was in freight sales for a logistics company which turned into insurance production for an agency that focused on trucking fleets. Then her agency background opened the door to joining CSG as an insurance recruiter.
Today, Mary focuses on project development for agencies and brokers interested in producer recruiting, technical hires, executive searches, liftouts and Mergers & Acquisitions. Mary also leads Capstone’s consulting practice for agency training workshops, has served as an instructor for Insurance Journal Academy, coordinates Capstone’s Preferred Provider Partnership with Assurex Global and contributes editorials to Insurance Journal.
Outside the office, Mary stays busy running, golfing, baking, volunteering in her church’s student and care ministries and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes with her husband and twin daughters. Go Hawks!
