Dennis Leininger has enjoyed twenty-five years in the staffing industry.  His background includes: recruiting and placing engineers and manufacturing professionals, managing and training Iowa’s largest staffing firm, and senior management positions with a national staffing firm with responsibility for the Western United States. His comprehensive experience in placing, hiring and training professionals, new office start-ups in various markets, phasing in/out operating paradigms, coordinating system conversions, and working for privately and publicly held organizations has given him a unique perspective and understanding of career management and the dynamics of  today’s work place.

Operations Specialist

 

Colleen graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  She began her career as a workstation support representative where she learned various aspects of the financial services industry.  She then spent four years with William Penn University in progressive roles, the final being a direct recruiter of students for the accelerated evening program designed to allow working adults to accomplish their educational goals.  As an innovative team member at Capstone, she continues to aid individuals in achieving personal and professional success by assisting in the process of uniting candidates with the right companies through research and enhancing client communications.
