Looking for stability and growth? Our Wisconsin client is an industry leader and due to growth, they are looking to secure a manufacturing engineer. The preferred candidate will be a degreed engineer, BSME or related degree, with four plus years experience in manufacturing. This person will need to be well versed in tooling, fixture design and the ability to adapt to various manufacturing processes and identify areas to improve machine design for product manufacturability. This is a very mechanically inclined position and design experience, AutoCAD preferred, is a definite plus. Additional experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts is desirable.
