Our client, an industry leader, is looking to secure a manufacturing professional for their Wisconsin facility. The preferred candidate will be a degreed engineer, BSIE or related field, with five plus years experience in the power sports, recreational industry. This person will be in a very hands-on role, responsible for resolving production issues, driving process improvements, taking lead on Lean initiatives and improving overall product quality. AutoCAD experience a plus!
