Our client, a leading manufacturer is
currently looking for a Design Engineer to join their expanding team!
The chosen individual will provide the technical expertise to take a
product from concept through its fist year of production.
Primary responsibilities for this
position include:
Designing new products or components and
modifications/refinements on assigned line of products in accordance with
established specifications such as size, capacities, performance
requirements, etc.
Make required calculations to determine
and establish acceptable standards of performance, material selection,
type of construction, etc.
Create pseudo, layout and detail drawings
using the existing ProE system.
Compile bill of materials using current
MRP system.
Process engineering change notices.
Performs research pertinent to the design
and maintains reference criteria incident to the design.
Follow the production and testing of
prototypes and pilot models and where necessary; analyze results, provide
information, technical assistance and corrective actions.
To be considered for this opportunity
you must have a BSME, knowledge of ProE, Finite Element Analysis and 3-5
years experience with design. This company
