Our client, an industry leader, is looking for an energetic and passionate, self-starting engineering professional to join their team. If you are a Sr. Design Engineer looking for that next challenge leading a product line, this may be the opportunity for you! The primary responsibilities of the position include: focusing in R&D for next generation designs, as well as value engineering, customer order engineering, warranty evaluation, and factory support. The preferred candidates will be degreed, BSME or related degree, with a minimum of 5 years experience preferably in the fluid power industry. Engineers in this role will assume design responsibility from concept to production. Excellent communication skills, and mechanical design and stress analysis knowledge are required. Previous leadership and participation in continuous improvement initiatives are preferred!
