Our Illinois based client is currently looking for a mechanical engineer to join their team. Our client is a dedicated supplier to industry leading appliance and automotive customers. The desired candidate will be degreed, BSME or related engineering with 3-5 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Specific industry experience is not required. However, it would be beneficial to have hands-on experience in machine design and managing new product launch efforts from start to finish. It is also preferred that this individual be well versed in PLC operations and any combination of design and manufacturing/process engineer experience may be beneficial for success in this role.
