Smaller but progressive manufacturer located in central Iowa is searching for a leader for their engineering department. BSME and proven design and leadership experience a must. This position, which reports to the President, will be responsible for directing the new product development activities, working with existing product designs for improvements and ease of manufacture, improving communications between design and the plant and organizing/updating existing bills of materials and documentation.
