Plant Manager

Our client, a consumer goods manufacturer in East Tennessee, is seeking a Plant Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

·       Plant Management or Multiple Department Experience
·       Experience in Metals Fabrication and/or Heavy Equipment Manufacturing
·       Strong Manufacturing Background with “hands-on” experience
·       Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
·       Experience managing 250 or more employees.

Technical degree is preferred, but not required.  Equivalent experience will be considered.

A background in automotive manufacturing will he helpful.
