Our Illinois client is currently searching for a degreed engineer to join their staff and directly impact their performance. This is an opportunity to work directly with customers, managing multiple projects and leading product development from design to completion. The preferred candidate will possess a BSME or BSEE with five plus years design experience. Electric motor experience desirable. Due to high customer interaction, this person must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
