Lean Manager

Leading manufacturer is searching for a lean manager for an immediate opening in their Iowa location.  In this position you will successfully be implementing Lean Mfg. Toyota Mfg System  and six sigma in their manufacturing operation.  Knowledge and experience in the Six Sigma process in conjunction with Lean is required as well as the ability to work and relate to all levels of the organization.  Proven experience in holding kaizen events (RCI) in manufacturing as well as in support functions throughout supply chain is also required for the opportunity.   You must be a self starter and have the ability to work with ambiguity.  Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach Lean Mfg Techniques in team settings.

Minimum Requirements:

 

Bachelors Degree

 5-10 years of manufacturing experience including the implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

 Six sigma black belt desired and green belt a must.
