Exceptional opportunity to join a professional corporate accounting/finance team! Our client, a leading Iowa manufacturer is searching for a professional to join their accounting team! This position will provide support to the accounting and customer financial service area and will be responsible for performing multiple accounting functions, including but not limited to: preparing monthly forecast information; maintaining and reconciling accrual accounts, preparing monthly expense analysis, preparing monthly journal entries, participate in preparation of financial budgets and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position interfaces with accounting and marketing/sales staff. We are looking for a candidate with a bachelors' degree in accounting and 1-5 years public accounting experience. Position requires understanding of basic accounting principles, solid working knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent communication/interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and superior organizational skills.
