Our client is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their expanding team! The chosen individual will work closely with Operations to deal with issues associated with electrical / PLC problems, establish preventive maintenance programs, and support the activities of our plants maintenance team. Additionally, this position will be involved in Lean / Continuous Improvement programs and help drive reductions to overall manufacturing costs and assist in improving plant safety. Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and experience in support of manufacturing systems, conveyors, PLC’s, CNC programs, and automated pick and place systems within a mid to high volume manufacturing operation. Specific knowledge of National Electric Codes, wiring diagrams, utility systems and system integration Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC’s is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with multiple departments.
