Our client, a leading manufacturer noted for its stable work force, challenging assignments, and career growth opportunities is currently seeking a 2nd shift Production Supervisor for its Central Iowa plant. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelors degree and proven experience working in a union environment. Background should include planning & assigning production work, knowledge of safety, administering policies, and the ability to achieve results in quality, cost and production utilizing a team approach.
