Our client, a leading Minnesota manufacturer, is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to coordinate the implementation of new products and upgrades! This highly visible opportunity will be responsible for creating production processes, capital equipment and tooling requirements, plant and customer quality requirements, start-up costs, and much more. This position requires the ability to multi-task and offer creative input. The requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and demonstrated work experience in product design or manufacturing engineering. Excellent planning, problem solving and organizational skills, required. Ability to identify problems and develop corrective actions to achieve goals and objectives.
