Our client, an industry leader, is looking for a strong engineering leader to join its growing team! This position is responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing and test strategy of products, ensuring the effective use of material, equipment and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Works with other departments to coordinate the release of new products and product/process modifications. The preferred candidate will have a degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline with strong work experiences. Responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems in addition to other manufacturing responsibilities.
