Our West-Tennessee client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a minimum of 3 years experience in a metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various CAD programs, plant lay-out experience, and great communication skills (both verbal and written). This is a multi-faceted role that will involved minor design work as well as teaming with production employees to improve the production process. Experience with Lean Manufacturing is preferred but not required. An Engineering Degree is preferred; Equivalent and proven experience will be considered.
