The desired candidate will be degreed, BSME or related field, with 8+ years experience with a strong background in manufacturing and solid experience in production and product flow, strategic planning, Lean and Six Sigma, TPM, streamlining processes and driving cost reduction. Machining experience a plus. A strong background in improving productivity by lean manufacturing techniques is essential for success in this role.
