This is a very hands-on position that will require a strong lean manufacturing background to assist both technically and strategically in leading lean efforts. Experience in leading Kaizen activities and Six Sigma experience is highly beneficial to success in this role. It is also desired that this candidate be a degreed engineer with 5+ years of lean manufacturing experience in a heavy manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills a must!
