The successful candidate will have a BSME or closely related degree and at least 5 years of tooling experience in metal fabrication and plastics operations. Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques a must with additional skills including CAD, finite element analysis, thermodynamics, and equipment selection/design to successfully launch new products, reduce costs, and improve quality.
