Our client, an industry leader in refrigeration equipment, has an opening for an Engineering Manager. This position will provide leadership to the engineering department including new product development. Successful candidates must have a 4 year Engineering Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in an Engineering supervisor role. Must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Some travel is required. Must have knowledge of ISO principles and practices. Knowledge of both CAD and Pro-E is needed. Heat Transfer, refrigeration, or HVAC experience is preferred.
