This person will be responsible for improving quality controls plans and will be a leading change agent for product and process enhancements. It is desired that this person be degreed with a strong background in quality management and at least 7+ years experience in a lean manufacturing environment. Additional experience in Six Sigma, ISO 9000 and any type of ASQ certification is highly beneficial for success in this role.
