Our Wisconsin based client who manufacturers consumer durable goods is currently looking for a Plant Manager to join their team. The preferred candidate will be degreed with 10+ years experience in plant or operations management with a strong background in lean manufacturing and driving continuous improvement efforts. This position will be very hands-on and active in floor operations. Successful experience in planning, inventory, quality, safety is essential. Any experience in custom operations is very desirable.
