Our client, an industry leader in electronic manufacturing, has an immediate need for a Manufacturing Engineer. This position is responsible completing Design for Manufacturability analysis on schedule and communicate the results. They will also define manufacturing equipment and labor. This is a highly technical, professional position requiring extensive knowledge of the electronics industry and related products. Successful candidates must have an engineering degree. Must have knowledge of Manufacturing and Test processes, equipment capability and recommended improvements. Must have knowledge of several CAD types and gerber formats. Must have 3-5 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Some travel is required (5-10%).
