Our client, an industry leader in electronic manufacturing, has an immediate need for an Advanced Technology Engineer. This position will research, develop, and implement new technologies including materials, assembly, and test. The work will span the scope of material chemistries, material handling, and the effects the material will have on the process. In addition to new production development, this position will also assist in the implementation of technology, formalization of controls and metrics, and user training. Successful candidates must have an engineering degree. BSEE preferred. Five or more years of experience in electronic assembly. Some travel is required (5-10%).
