Process Development Engineer

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Process Engineer for it’s West-Tennessee location. 

The ideal candidate will have a solid manufacturing background with at least 3 years experience in a metals machining, job-shop environment.  The candidate must be energetic and quick with troubleshooting skills.

Minimum requirements:

• Read prints and develop procedures/processes for manufacturing.
• Ability to enter manufacturing processes into and ERP system.
• Excellent GD&T skills.
• Excellent communication skills, internally and with Customers.
• Strong Computer skills.
• Ability to generate engineering change orders.
• Strong with CAD/CAM programs (preferably AutoCAD or Pro-E).
• Ability to recognize and suggest process improvements to Engineers and Customers.

Additionally, experience as a machinist and experience with CMM programming will be helpful.
