Our Wisconsin based client is currently working to source an experienced operations professional. The desired candidate will be a degreed individual with 6+ years experience in production/operations supervision with a strong background in lean manufacturing (Kaizen, 5S, etc.). This position will be responsible for leading improvement efforts in cycle time, scrap reduction and overall streamlining of assembly operations. Prior experience working with plastic related products is desirable, but not a must. Excellent communication and team building/coaching skills are essential.
