Our client, a leader in the transportation of liquid petroleum products is currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer to be based out of Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have a BSME degree with 5-7 years in pipeline experience including expertise in valves and pumps specifically design, troubleshooting and technical support. Pipeline experience in operations including tank farms, delivery/injection facilities and/or refinery, chemical plants would be a strong plus. Background in project management, maintenance and construction is desirable. Should be familiar with DOT regulations pertaining to pipelines and well versed in industry standards (ASME) for liquid pipeline design. Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university is required.
