The preferred candidate will be degreed, BSME or related engineering degree, with a strong background in mechanical design and proven project management experience. It is desired to have a background in consumer or recreational goods. It is highly desirable to be knowledgeable in working with various materials (both metal and plastic) and experience in stamping design or small mechanism design are a plus!
