Outside Sales Representative

 

Our client, a successful, privately owned company with headquarters in Des Moines is looking for an experienced outside sales person to take over a highly successful territory in the Cedar Rapids area. This position offers a well developed book of business with excellent potential for future growth and expansion. The product lines consist of equipment and consumable goods. Exceptional communication skills are imperative, along with the genuine desire to develop loyalty and long term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a drive to succeed and grow the territory; and understand the importance of acting in a consultative role to solve problems and help customers grow their businesses. It requires a person with strong detail, organizational, and follow through abilities. 

Overnight travel is limited to two nights a month at the most. The company has a comprehensive benefit package, a $500/month car allowance and all fuel is paid for.
