Our client's business is thriving and to keep up with their ever growing list of clients they are creating a new position in their Accounting Department. Responsibilities include Accounts Payable; Accounts Receivable; General Ledger; generating 1099s and year end reconciliations; maintaining accounting files; and generating annual audit reports. Requirements are a minimum of five years full charge bookkeeping experience; Peachtree and Excel skills. A background in commercial property management is a plus; duties in that area include maintaining client property management files, lease and legal documents; generating notices to tenants regarding lease renewals and rent increases; managing site plans and drawings; and performing other property management and lease administration functions. This is a multi-faceted position that demands strong organizational skills; the ability to prioritize multiple projects; an exceptional eye for detail; and the intelligence to anticipate problems and create workable solutions.
