This position is responsible for helping agents to comply with state
licensing requirements. Duties include tracking agents appointments and
cancellations; tracking, entering, and maintaining agents' training
hours and reports; maintaining all agency agreements; preparing
correspondence; researching problems and answering agents' questions
about licensing issues. Requires strong detail and follow through
skills, along with excellent organizational and time management
abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills are
important in this position.
Experience in the insurance industry is required.
