Due to the expansion
of their Retirement Services Division, our client is looking for an
experienced Client Services Representative. Responsibilities include
taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls to plan participants,
plan sponsors and vendors to assist participants with questions about
their accounts. This position coordinates internally with other staff
members to ensure complete client satisfaction and to offer the highest
level of client service possible. Strong detail skills are important to
ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and that all client
communications are thoroughly documented. Excellent communication skills
