Lead Design Engineer

Exceptional opportunity for a creative, innovative engineer to take charge and lead a team of talented professionals in designing new products and leading change in this great manufacturing company. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering along with a minimum of six years experience; also requires experience in mobile/heavy equipment, and SolidWorks skills. This is a leadership position that requires innovation and the ability to drive a project and lead the team to meeting the scope of the project and bringing projects in within target costs and delivered on time. The ability to run multiple projects is crucial. Other duties include evaluating products, parts and processes for cost efficiency and reliability; leading meetings and scheduling work for other team members.
