Inside Sales Representative

Our client is a leading risk and insurance firm that is looking for a qualified Inside Sales Representative for their growing Personal Lines division. This is an IMMEDIATE need as they recently acquired a large client and hope to fill several positions AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. They offer a fast-paced environment with room for growth and additional income. The team you will be a part of consists of personnel who answer incoming calls, fulfill customer requests, and perform sales administration functions for the employees of group clients. Duties include processing daily customer and client requests, updating system records, and documenting actions taken to help close the sale. You will also prepare auto and homeowners quotes, complete the application process for the coverage to be bound, and pend new business for accurate processing and issuance.

Qualified candidates will preferably have both sales experience and an understanding of Personal Lines coverages like Auto and Homeowners. Personal lines license will be required within 90 days of employment. Currently licensed applicants would be a plus. Will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task while on the phone with a prospective customer.
