Our client, a progressive locally owned company is looking for an experienced financial/accounting professional who is interested in making a long term commitment. The basic function of the job is to analyze the financial and operational performance of the company. Responsibilities include reconciling and analyzing general ledger accounts; analyzing monthly variance reports and operating statements; preparing cash forecasts; coordinating credit card usage and expense reimbursements; developing annual profit plan; and analyzing sales performance. This person must be able to focus on the details while still being able to see the big picture. Requires Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business and a minimum of three years accounting experience. There can be significant growth and advancement from this position within the next 12 to 18 months.
